Experience with SAPscript, and RFC's is desired Experience with Enterprise Portal, Web Dynpro, and Web Methods is a plus Specific Duties and Responsibilities:** .SAP HR ABAP Technical expert familiar with PA/PD, Payroll, PD, Benefits and Time Management experienced in SAP ECC6.0 release. . Code, test and implement ABAP programs and modifications in the HR functional modules like Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management(TM), Benefits (BN), Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Development(PD) and HR Payroll. . Develop and maintain application programs based upon specifications. . Assist in gap analysis between Client requirement and SAP functionality, review and adopt new functionality in SAP. . Develop and test and design of Benefits Open Enrollment System . . Troubleshoot, identify and resolve day to day problems that occur with HR programs. . Provide technical designs from functional designs with high level coding designs. . Document processes, designs, and testing activities. . Involve in the lifecycle of critical projects from design through go-live. . Assist functional team with technical direction to design high quality solutions. . Provide solid, error free and efficient technical solutions with the minimum of management supervision. . Develop complex HR ABAP programs including system interfaces . Development of custom Infotypes. . Provide enhancements for Dynamic Actions, Remuneration Statements, Enhancements for Benefits/enrollment. . Experience with conversions using LSMWs. . Prepare development estimates that will be used for project planning purposes . Assist in identifying and resolving SAP issues across multiple HR functional subareas . Provide problem resolution for SAP support issues to internal business partners and maintain support logs and technical documentation. . Expert in researching SAP/OSS notes to resolve issues. . Establish coding and development standards for ABAP programs. . Facilitate code reviews and identify opportunities to improve existing programs. . Resolve issues with programs that are causing system performance problems. . Test and support of complex SAP ABAP programming solutions to meet business requirements. . Responsible for the design, construction, implementation and support of HR ABAP Programs and actively participating in the full life cycle of the project. Responsibilities specific to TM: .Extensive knowledge with positive and negative time evaluation . Customization for time data recording, quotas and accruals, abscense and attendance management . Good understanding of the concept of external time recording and interfaces into SAP . Extensive knowledge with work schedules with windows and breaks, including rotating work schedules . Customization of time evaluation messages . Customization of the Time Managers Pool and Time Managers Workplace . Design/Create custom operations and functions within the Time Evaluation Schema . Good experience in modification of Time Evaluation Schema . Extensive experience in developing Custom programs with Time Management Infotypes including Absences, Attendances, Substitutions and Quota Corrections. .
