Position : *HEALTHCARE BA - green card/EAD or CITIZEN ONLY* Location: Richmond, VA Length: 5 MONTHS Rate: 35 / HR Experience with technical requirements management is also required (2+ years). Prior experience with Requisite Pro is a big plus. Prior experience with Scrum Agile is also a big plus Responsible for assisting in defining and managing the project requirements for integration projects. Essential duties to include, but are not limited to: Assists in the definition of the functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system, and acts as a liaison between the application development and data warehousing team. Assists with system requirements definition, design, testing, training and implementation support. Applies use of tools to define requirements and documentation. Facilitates the identification of potential gaps in available data and collaborates with both teams to determine best means for acquiring the data needed. Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS BA/BS in computer science or information systems or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 or more years of systems analysis experience Excellent analytical, PC and problem solving skills Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills Excellent Time Management Skills Must be a self-starter and able to hit the ground running Experience in SQL strongly preferred Experience with SQL Server 2005 a plus but not required.
