Period: 12mths Title: Business Analyst Location CA- Description Will function as Senior Business Systems Analyst, Benefits Administration supports benefit plan administration on behalf of the Human Resources Service Center (HRSC). The HRSC operates as a Shared Services Organization and provides Human Resources transaction processing and benefits delivery support for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Medical Group employees and retirees. The Senior Business Systems Analyst, Benefits Administration manages processing, and resolves data errors that occur during Human Resources Information System (HRIS) benefit administration activities. They serve as a liaison between the HRSC and system administration teams to maintain system tables, trouble-shoot data integrity errors and resolve issues. Required PeopleSoft Benefits Administration functional knowledge. Candidate must have expertise in Ben Admin Tables and configuration of Event Rules, Eligibility rules, Flex credits, default rules, etc. Must have 4 - 7 years of hands-on experience and gone through at least two full life cycles of Open Enrollment, and knows the Event Maintenance pitfalls.
