another strange problem is that , when I run env.bat first time I receive:

Setting environment for using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET tools.
(If you also have Visual C++ 6.0 installed and wish to use its tools
from the command line, run vcvars32.bat for Visual C++ 6.0.)
CLR environment (D:\sscli\clr\bin\rotorenv.bat)
The system cannot find the batch label specified - AfterDrivePart
Building for Operating System - NT32
             Processor Family - x86
                    Processor - i386
            Build Environment = D:\sscli\rotorenv
                   Build Type - fastchecked

if I run second time , I receive:
