[DOTNET-ROTOR] scheduling of GC and syncblock indexes

Hi,
 Is it possible for a GC to get instantiated while one of the threads has
acquired a lock (via the syncblocks). to be more precise can the gc occur
while some of the objects in the heap have a valid sync block index.
