Has anyone else on here ever noticed that the web.config file does not always work immediately when you add it to the root? I have had this problem on several sites. Usually I will continue to delete it then re-add it and the finally out of the blue it starts working.
OR when it happens I stop for a couple hours and then when I return it works. It is very strange and frustrating. If anyone has encountered this please let me know if you have a solution.
