[DotNetDevelopment] displaying greeting

hi
i am bit new to .net can any one suggest me to display the greeting
card(like small icon like in this site(http://www.jayanti.com/
index.aspx)) one the home page,so when user click one that
greeting it sholud be pop with clear visibility to read.
and i want provide admin to upload the greeting.
please help me to do this
