Since I haven't really done any real coding since early 2003 and want to get back into it now I would love any book suggestions. I am wondering if it may be more almost re-starting than a refresher after 6 1/2 years. I did most VB then. Very little C. Now I want to start with basics and eventually explore all Visual Studio has to offer.
