That is a tall order there. I would get an espresso machine, you will need it. I would focus on one part of the list to get grounded and then branch out from there. Take on Web programming with MVC. Or another aspect that you think will be required by paying customers. The Windows API is exposed via .NET classes so what you need to do there is kind of already done for you.
