I've just figured out that you cannot fetch any PO/TS file from Transifex without being authenticated. This means it is impossible to provide live update from Transifex for any DDL user, only our translator team will be able to perform that action. As a result, we have one possible choice only if we want to provide regular translation updates to our users: we need nightly Debian package builds for our language updates.
