Several bug/crashfixes. deliver now supports -a parameter (see http://wiki.dovecot.org/LDA) which allows Sieve plugin v1.1.2 to use envelope :detail "to" checks. I also did one more API change for mailbox_transaction_commit*(). There's probably something still wrong with SORT command, but other than that I've fixed everything that's been reported.
