Using dnotify dovecot's performance was very bad. The system consumes90% of cpu with just a few imap process running (about 30 process). The performance using --with-notify=none was the same as using inotify,so it could be the solution for me.
dnotify has been deprecated for a long time, and inotify has been recommended to be used instead for just as long...
