BUT without sieve filter enable i use dovecot-lda too and no problem to
deliver mail with large attachment.
i am agree is an ancient version of Dovecot but i think dovecot is great
and working for sieve-filter, dovecot-lda and 10MB mail attachment :)
and actual version is 2.4.1 not 3.x.x so 2.3.13 not VERY ancient on
number version but 4 years ;)

2.3.13 (89f716dc2)
This is very ancient version of Dovecot. Also it took 30 seconds to send the
mail with sendmail and wasn't even finished. Maybe the problem lies there?
