[REFACTOR][HTML] Removes browser property from browser function classes
As the updated browser library provides a browser function class containing
already a reference to the browser, the declarations classes do not need
this
reference anymore.
Altogether, this gets rid of the binding the same browser instance to the
browser
in two different places.
