[API] Added better conversion support to Eclipse monitor API
It is now possible to convert Eclipse ProgressMonitors to Saros Core
ProgressMonitors and vice versa without losing any functionality.
Renamed convertTo() and convertBack() method to convert() to simplify
the usage.
