I can grab the toolbar on the gripper and pull it off the taskbar and onto
the desktop.  When dragging it, when it reaches the edge of the display, it
docks to the edge of the desktop (it expands vertically to the full height
of the desktop just like the taskbar would do if you dragged it the same
way)..

For the record, I am on Win2k... Dont know if this behaves the same way on
other OS versions..  I would think this particular behavior would be the
same..
