Hmm... I don't think Dave's to blame. I'll bet he uses CVSGrab [1] to pull
the stuff from Sourceforge, and the docs for that software says:

"When other CVS clients use the cvs protocol or ssh to read the 
repository, this utility reads the repository via its ViewCVS 
web interface."

So, it attempts to use the data exposed in the DQSDWeb CVS project [2],
where the web interface hasn't caught the latest changes to the actual CVS
(do a CVS Update on the dqsdweb project/module and you'll get a newer
version than what's available through ViewCVS).
Is there someone at Sourceforge you can contact, and ask questions about
this stuff? I realize it's free, but it'd be nice to know what the delay is
all about.
