Yeah, that probably makes it hard to get at the search... :)

I suspect the file-copy command of NSIS is not overwriting per default, so the best solution would be to remove the Delete, and add a special overwrite snippet for mb.xml.

I don't have the .nsi source handy and I can't get to CVS from work, so I can't be more specific, but I agree that this is likely the reason.
