I think we should dump all of the default aliases. Turn them on
through an interface IF the user requests it. I can't tell you the
number of times I've done stuff like attempt to search for and
access SQL statement only to get the encyclopedia, a GUID and get
dogpile, .net info and get CNN.....
If not disabling ALL of them, then at least disabling the
single-character aliases. It's a lot harder to accidentally type
"##" than "#", ";;" vs ";", "[[" vs "[", "{{" vs "{" and so on.
