I'm for keeping "?", but I could see a separate timer search at a
later date, making the alias potentially negatively affecting it.
For people with strong ties to the previous handling we should
provide simple checkboxes to enable/disable all the archaic search
aliases.

Better yet, when the searches themselves are only 3 characters, how
