The requirement to only allow installation by Administrator accounts concerns me. As we move in to the Vista era, more and more users will be running as a limited user account. Heck, I'm now running on my network as a regular user. Are we doing something that simply won't work from a regular user account? And if we are, is there anything we can do to get back to being able to run as a user?
