I've never used 98lite but from what I've read you can install IE after
doing the 98lite teardown (or install from scratch if thats what you're
doing). I believe IE (not sure about which versions - probably just IE6 now)
is availble somewhere on Microsoft downloads - maybe there are details on
the 98Lite site.

Is that an option for you?
