Monty's util generates a batch file to rename unused searches... This
has much the same functionality of the batch file by Phil. Though
Phil's batch file is entirely local and uses a mechanism already built
into DQSD (disabledsearches.txt).

disabledsearches.txt gets created by unchecking searches in the help
window and then closing the help window. Closing the help window calls
the function that creates/saves the file... If I remember correctly.
