ebay was internationalised before
http://www.mail-archive.com/dqsd-users@lists.sourceforge.net/msg01972.h
but I guess that version was not maintained.
I now have a shortcut in localaliases.txt redirecting to your search :
ebay|ebayuk %s

UK side, so did a conversion. It's useful primarily because it allows
people in the UK to use the /my switch and get their myEbay page
auctions in £GBP and times in BST/GMT by default.
