I can't get DQSD to work in Firefox at all. When I attempt a search, I get a blank tab with this file:///C:/DOCUME~1/JOHNWR~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/DQSDLaunch.html in the address bar. I've tried editing the localprefs as described here http://www.dqsd.net/faq.htm#Known%20Issues, although I don't know if I'm doing it correctly. I've also tried the procedure which uses the SetBrowser utility. I also tried editing local prefs as described at the bottom of the page here http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=200403012212.i21MCgEj0 19967%40ms-smtp-02.nyroc.rr.com. Most of the other procedures on that page are beyond my skill level, and I can't find anything in the discussion archives which helps me. Other info about my system which might be helpful: XP Home w/ SP2, Firefox 2.0.0.13, DQSD 4.0.0.3. If you can help me get DQSD working in Firefox I'd greatly appreciate it, because it looks like exactly what I want. Please keep any advice you give me simple and foolproof, because I am a bumbling oaf when I'm sitting in front of a computer. Most other times, too.
