Not sure how many have commented on this issue....and today at midnight is the deadline.
Broadband Over Power Line (BPL) Notice of Inquiry could seriously affect Amateur Radio and
all licensed serviices, since it allows your friendly utility to use their powerlines to distribute
"internet" signals using the HF spectrum.
