Hope someone on the list has some of the knobs you are looking for, but I
looked for a couple of years for some for a nice MN-7 I had.  I'd suggest
epoxying the ones you have if they aren't totally broken.  The capacitors on
my MN-2700 are smooth as silk.  I have to take the cover off mine this week
to install some new knob skirts on the main knobs, so I'll see if any
"adjustments" are clear in mine, but I'd think you have a bind of some sort,
or they need lubrication.
