Are you turning up the GAIN control in CW after doing the tune-up? The
GAIN control often has to be advanced beyond 12 O'Clock, with attendant
LOAD and TUNE adjustments to get full CW output. A properly working
and adjusted MN-4 meter is every bit as accurate as the W-4 or any of
the Breune style wattmeters.

Any comments on MN4 output power reading accuracy ?
My TX4 seems to load up OK, and with very good VSWR on CW it
seems to read only 60 - 80W at best.
