Keith -
Potter & Brumfield (TYCO) R10-E1Y4-V2.5K is the standard relay in all the T-4XC
transmitters. Some had a 15k British made relay, but the P&B is a plug-in
replacement.
They are available from Digi-Key and Mouser and probably others.
