I don't have a power supply available at the moment, but the L-4B HV power supply is a full-wave voltage doubler.

Therefore the transformer RMS voltage would be 0.35 X PEAK DC voltage at no load. The Drake supply is specified as 2500 VDC, but I seem to recall that they actually are at about 2600-2700 V at no load.

This would say ~ 925 VAC for the transformer secondary voltage. The transformer current requirement is twice the DC current, or about 1.2A peak.
