The serial number is 25557; I do not have the manual, however, I did print one out from BAMA (the boat anchor manual archive). Of course, being blind, I can't tell you first hand, but my wife says it's a 10, looks brand new. I can furnish the paperwork from Jeff showing what he did to it.
