Yes, that probably is rare.  I am seeing a couple of "radio shop sellouts" from 
older hams that had stores, so that might be where it came from, and a friend 
of mine bought a BRAND NEW C Line, still in sealed boxes, a few years ago at a 
tailgate hamfest, so it is possible, and rare, hi.  Good luck with your Drakes, 
and maybe we can QSO one day C Line/L4B to C Line/L4B, hi.
