The website says their model P1W, with built in keyer, will only key
positive voltage transistorized transceivers. However, if you already have a
keyer that works with your Drake, you should be able to use their model
P1PADW paddles with your keyer. This model acts as paddles only and not a
keyer. 
 
As for reviews,  their website has a link to eHam for user reviews of their
products. I'd like to try one myself.

Does anyone know if the TouchPaddle.com keyers will work with Drake "tube"
transceivers?  Are these keyers worth their cost in quality and endurance?
