Philip, The website says their model P1W, with built in keyer, will only key positive voltage transistorized transceivers. However, if you already have a keyer that works with your Drake, you should be able to use their model P1PADW paddles with your keyer. This model acts as paddles only and not a keyer. As for reviews, their website has a link to eHam for user reviews of their products. I'd like to try one myself.
