I am working on rebuilding/cleanup of a TR-4 transceiver. The rig is working ok, except for a bouncing (irratic) plate meter problem. The meter oscillates when you place the rig in tune. The meter continues to bounce after switching from TX back to RX. The 2 ohm meter shunt is ok. Thanks for your help, Steve N9HE
