Well if it were me and this was real I'd make sure the ARRL was aware of it. Have them do a pass on the ARRL computers to find attorney's that were hams in the effected area. Then someone is going to have to advise whatever municipality that we are federally licensed and controlled. Then go through the FCC and find out how many "interference" complaints and if a mass of them just started occurring, post the report.
