Lee, Rob still has a web site and it still has that R4C noise blanker project on it. The web site is: http://people.wallawalla.edu/~Rob.Frohne/R-4C/NoiseBlanker.htm I thought that Walla Walla Community College used to be WWCC.edu. I do know that the web site used to be at a different url but still on Walla Walla College web domain.
I had looked at that project several times over the years and even tried to find the TenTec 297 to use with it but never had any luck finding one.
