Yep, that's it. DON'T FORGET, this cap has 250 VDC on one end and 650 VDC on the other, so be CAREFUL!!

The method described in the manual, Section VII, paragraph C. Be sure to keep the plate current below 200 mA and keep it dipped. I find it a little easier to first check the neutralization on 20M where the dip is a little easier to spot, then moving to 10M where it should only take a very small tweak to get it right on.

By the way, if you happen to have different brand tubes in the PA, do yourself a favor and make them the same before trying to neutralize.
