I currently own two of the 'FCC-spec' R7s. As built by Drake.
The dual BNCs on the rear (along with the IF buffer board) were added at the factory on special order. Each BNC connector has silk-screened lettering underneath that indicates its function. This also matches the rest of the rear-panel lettering.
The stick-on label on the set that is up for auction doesn't appear to be 'Drake OEM'. Nor does that dimmer control. Neither of mine have it, and the knob doesn't appear to be 7-line OEM style.
