>From everything I have heard and read, the DR-7 is VERY relaible. The usual issues are mostly mechanical, related mostly to the Molex pin connectors and the occasional cracked solder connection. The only unobtanium parts are the band data PROM, which rarely goes bad and could be worked around without too much trouble, and the LED displays.
