While you're in there, you might want to check D6 (on the same board,
tucked up under R91 [150ohm, 2W]) to make sure it's not shorted.
Replace (if necessary) with 1N4007 or similar.

unclear & my cap has roasted!! The cap shows 15mf @150volts but
