They didn't make very many of these, so you may have to fabricate unless you're 
lucky enough to find some original units.  If you're intending to use it, 
rather than let it sit as a museum piece, I would suspect that making them up 
should be simple enough electrically.  

Finding the parts might be more difficult for the antenna switch than the power 
controller, as the power controller is just a couple of latching relays, power 
cords and some outlets.  It's a good idea to include EMI filters inside this 
box for the 120 and 240V.

The antenna switch uses a stepper motor, a higher-current ceramic rotary switch 
for the antennas and a lower-current rotary switch to sense position.

I do have the manual; if you'd like I can scan it and send you a copy.  My C-4 
has a s/n in the 200's IIRC.
