They do. The Yahoo lists users can be set to unmoderated on an individual user
basis if the owner so chooses. This may take more than a few hours if all the
mods CHOOSE to spend time with their families instead of camping out at a
computer hovering over the email client. It may never happen if the user gets
obnoxious. As has been stated before many times, lists/groups are NOT
democracies. Take some time to thank Garey for all of the trememndous service
he has given the Drake community FOR FREE, on his own time.
