It looks like the game is stuttering when new textures are loaded or something like that. For example I go to a new area and when I walk straight, everything is smooth. When I start looking around, I get stuttering. This happens only once. After the initial stuttering, the game runs at normal speed again. I also see some graphics corruptions like in https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=88978 which I can also see in dota itself.
