Instead of using a custom legacy fbdev emulation config option, use the top level DRM_FBDEV_EMULATION config option.
There are 3 drivers which use custom config options: imx, sti and tegra. Since the last revision, i915 and msm drivers have removed their custom configs. Remove the remaining config options in order to have a single config option.
