I have recently started to get even more frequent freezes even on Vulkan now on
kernel 5.2.10
The workaround of the power profile still works (for me) and is the only way to
avoid them:
# echo manual > /sys/class/drm/card0/device/power_dpm_force_performance_level
# echo 7 > /sys/class/drm/card0/device/pp_dpm_sclk
