From: Maaz Mombasawala <mombasawa...@vmware.com> Vmwgfx's hashtab implementation needs to be replaced with linux/hashtable to reduce maintenance burden. Refactor cmdbuf resource manager to use linux/hashtable.h implementation as part of this effort.
