From: Hsiao Chien Sung <shawn.s...@mediatek.corp-partner.google.com>

Rename all "mtk_drm_crtc" to "mtk_crtc" due to the following benefits:
- Lower the matches when searching the native drm_crtc* codes
- Reduce the code size
