[PATCH v1 1/1] drm/amd/display: Fix too big frame size

Compilation fails on arm with:

  link_factory.c:743:1: error: the frame size of 1032 bytes is larger than 1024 
bytes [-Werror=frame-larger-than=]

Fix the frame size by allocation one of the big structures.
