Maybe this was bad phrasing. I compilied the kernel with a non-debug build and fork() broke for THP device pages because the above call to folio_try_dup_anon_rmap_pmd compiled out (i.e., it wasn't called). Matt > -- > Cheers > > David / dhildenb >
