Heh... Not only has this not solved the problem with the server crashing
in FreeBSD, it's introduced a new problem:

I think I found the problem. usleep() gets defined as a macro to xf86usleep()
in xf86_ansi.h (via radeon_regs.h) and needs to be #undefined.
I checked in the following change:
